Jasper the Dog needs a home

Jasper is a gorgeous Labrador blend that would be an excellent companion! He is loyal and dedicated to the people he loves. He is looking for an experienced owner that is patient and understanding. A little about him from his favorite volunteer:

Jasper is a gentleman.  He is good on a leash, takes treats softly, loves people and enjoys tender back scratches.  His is generally mellow and patient, but always up for fun - his face lights up when it is his turn to go out.  This devoted companion loves long brisk walks, calmly exploring along the way.  He could benefit from regular exercise to lose a pound or two.  He also enjoys just relaxing with his favorite people.

 

 

 

The Shelter software sytstem requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix.  We encourage you to sleect your new companion by considering each dog's individual personanlity and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
